R2D2 not working, i seem to be having similar issues to alot of people, on start up a slight jerk forward, no head spin. In patrol mode he just goes in a circle, right leg not working, head still no movement at all. I have spent 2 hours stripping down and testing, checking connections. All is ok, i have realised i do have the wrong batteries, bought the yellow and red protected ones (how much of a difference does that really make). I am a novice so do forgive me. If anyone has any suggestions

The instructions clearly state that the batterys should be of the unprotectected type so first you will need to get the correct unprotected batterys, people have used these to get there R2 up and running- https://www.ecoluxbatter.../by-model/r2d2-batteriesCurrent builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
