Where are my parts?

I have contacted Customer Services but they are unable to advise when we are likely to see the parts for pack 5. They tell me that they are nil stock and don't know when this will be rectified.

Not a good situation, if one subscribes to a monthly part work then that is what is expected and the system failing this early in the project does not bode well for the future.

I know that I haven't been charged and I'm probably not the only one but, still not happy.

Pack 5 has just arrived at the warehouse this morning and should be dispatched by Weds this week

Sweet. I just presumed a pack wasn't being released over christmas because everyone would have been on holidays.
