so calling customer service today i asked when will i get the final month of the r2-d2. it's on back order they tell me. same thing they have been saying for the last 2 months.
this is the last subscription i will buy.
in the future offer a full kit or forget it.
so far i have had 3 model space kits and each of them have had this happen at least one time each.
someone is not doing a very good job of planning and stocking the parts for this company and the company needs to change what they are doing.
it is very frustrating to be almost done and then be on hold for months for the last few parts.
if the company is trying to fix a problem with the kit then tell the customer that the delay has a reason. if the delay is due to a lack of planning then the company should admit it and be up front with the customers.
