Hi All Problem with start up, (watch video),after pressing the on/off button, the red light comes on when release it goes out, same with blue screen. Not doing nothing else. Yes your batteries are the initial problem as they may be the unsuitable "Protected" type, its also possible they don't have adequate capacity discharge amperage of over 3 amps Here is a reputable battery source: https://www.ecoluxbatter...30q-3000mah-15a-battery
Once the batteries have been swopped and your still having problems, we can then investigate further to get your R2 running. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Capacipy is 2600mAh so should be OK, I will be check discharge amperage tomorrow.

You wil need to check 2 things that they are unprotected or protected and what there Continuous Discharge Current is which should be over 3 amps. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

These batteries are protected so I will order the ones that you recommended, after replace we will return to the discussion.

At least you now have the correct batteries. Did the initial individual battery charging in the Test charger go as per the instructions and properly/fully charged?
If so, can you double check that all of the batteries within the battery box are in full in contact with the terminals at both ends of the each battery slot., If so, can you check the output voltage of the battery box (using a multimeter) that the output voltage is 12.3 volts.
Disconnect the battery box terminals from the MCU, then put the prongs on the multimeter in the black ended terminal of the cable from the battery box. You can see on that cable it has two terminals which is positive and negative, red and black cable feeding into the black end of the wire.
If should give a reading of approx 12.3v which means you have full voltage coming out of the battery box.
You must disconnect the battery box from the MCU first before carrying out the test.
If you have 12.3v coming out of the battery box, the next thing to check is the wiring is correctly plugged into the MCU, if it is, then it’s likely to be the MCU at fault and in need of replacement, contact customer services to obtain this.
