Error on startup

Batteries I have are
https://www.ecoluxshopdi...-2600mah-button-battery

Switched the model on
It jumps forward
Green LED is solid Red LED is really faint
Head rotates at expected pace
Head roates back to the front Red LED still faint but the projector is on showing Luke on repeat but no blue LED
Any ideas?

Can you check all the cables seated firmly in place and in the correct slots. If you have, or can get hold of a multimeter, then check the output from the battery box by holding the prongs on the positive and negative terminals, it should read 12.3v.
