quick update for those that visit by, having received the correct tyre and a replacement engine cover (paint defect) i set about the final assembly, it appeared to be going very well until the interior lighting wiring decided to get caught in one of the screws and so as the body was attached this made a real mess of this.... and unfortunately by the time I'd fitted the body a few times and removed the body a few times I managed to damage the wing mirrors too! so I waiting for replacement parts and when they arrive I'll try again. I'll be fitting the wing mirrors after the body fitment to avoid this damage again (just the otter mirror bit) thanks for looking in. fingers crossed she will be finished soon. Rich.

the replacement circuit board is faulty! I've seriously fallen out of love with this now, just want in finished and off the bench. sorry to sound so peeved off but every time I take the car to bits and put it back together its not quite as good as it was the first time.... lot of money spent on this and monday morning will bring another call the modelspace and probably a long wait.... and it really makes you feel great when the full kit is now discounted... charming. Rich.
