I completed the paint job on the aircraft today. A total of 4 'mist' coats were applied over the primer and pre shade. The build continues without much in the way of mishaps or curve balls. So today I assembled and painted the Weapons. This pig carries a ton of "BOOM". 11 bomb mounts. Should be able to button her up in the next session, but it will have to wait. Received Pack 2 of my Soleil Royal today so I'll be parking the Warthog in the hanger for now. Thanks for following this build. I'll be back... This session will complete the build of this aircraft. The various ordinance was attached to the underside of the wings. The windshield and Canopy are then glued in place. I have chosen not to apply the decals on this model. Revell did an incredible job in making this kit. There was very little mold flash or injector marks to deal with. I hope you enjoyed my first attempt at completing a build diary. Thanks for looking in.
