Hi, I'm having a similar problem. On switching on R2 jumps forward and the head moves to the right and tries to keep going and the red light stays on. I've followed all of the threads and checked everything I can think of. I checked the head sensors with the test board and they seem to be working. I have the correct batteries and have unplugged all of the wires and checked them along with the pins and they all seem ok.
I also checked the head sensors when everything was connected up, but without the dome. On this occasion the motor shaft kept turning and didn't change direction when i placed a ruler between the head sensor. I'm not sure if that's normal or indicates an issue with the control board.
Please help as this is getting very frustrating.

Hi have you tried pluging the limit switch sensors into the other plug to where it is now and retested it. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

If you mean plugging the left sensor into the right socket and visa versa - i did that and had the same faulty result.

Reorder a control board from C/S the number can be found on the inside of the first page of the magazine. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
