So I'm having my first go at using a PE detail kit and can't seem to get a good coat of paint to stick. Any advice? Mark Currently: Soliel Royal, Deag DC-3, DeAg Ford Shelby Mustang GT 500
Prior builds: Mayflower, USS Constitution, Academy 1/800 USS Kitty Hawk, Revell's 1/48 A 10 Warthog

You need a metal primer or paint will not stick.

It also helps to lightly sand the PE parts to give the paint something to stick to.
