I am bidding on a set of victory plans etc on our local Ebay site

There are 45 very detailed plans of 770mm mm by 420mm by John McKay showing nearly every piece of wood and other details of HMS 'Victory'. Together with a 120 page book 250mm by 270mm by John with smaller versions of the plans above and some history of the ship and several photographs of various parts of the ship. There is also an Airfix 100 page book 190mm by 250mm by Noel Hackney for making a 180th scale model of the ship.
C Nepean Longgridge's, who made the model of the Victory in the Science Museum has written a very detailed book of 283 pages 180mm by 250mm on the construction of the model. Also included are 15 b & w photographs of the model from the Science Museum and several copies of articles on ships of the line from various magazines.

The ones i want the most which are included are the rigging plans.

only an hour or so to go and im leading so will keep you up dated

received the books and plans this morning while at work. lol stopped work to peruse through what i have got and all i can say is wow.

the books are oldish but still in pretty good condition. when i say old i suspect they were printed in the early to mid 70s
plans are really good and the pics are amazing and look like they were got from the science museum.

Was sitting at home today goingthroughthe plans and in the middle of them was an a4 sheet of paper that showed how much they cost.
The set cost $250 Canadian in 1987. Or roughly $300 nz
