finally got the spare sensors for the legs tested ok but R2 still seems to crash into objects anyone else have this is it working as it should or is there something wrong with it also I'm sure if you pick him up he should stop moving as if he went over a step so he didn't fall and brake?

any info or help will be much appreciated

Hi

Your first video shows you operation him manually. The sensors do not work in manual mode. The ultrasound sensors in both left and right shoulders have an effective range which means you wouldn’t be able to move R2 in any tight space if they were to remain active.
Your second video, I’m assuming is in patrol mode, the space you re moving him in is very tight. You can see him moving away from certain object, however whilst he is moving he then comes up against another object, ie, the basket, and because he is tight up against it the effective range now cannot see it to move away from it.

If you can try in a larger area or less objects that are close together.

Regards
Mark
