does anyone have any idea when issue 37 will come back into stock? i need to replace the micro switches on the light saber tube as one of the wires sheared off completely. until i get this issue i can not get my unit fully working. i have been asking/calling weekly for over 5 months now. im on the verge of seeking a claim for a refund as i have spent £800 on something that doesnt work.

its a complete joke as de agostini are offering full kits for purchase, yet i can not get a replacement part - so does this mean if anyone purchases a full kit they will also get missing issues? how can a company offer to sell full kits with issues out of stock and fully paid up subscribers can not get replacements??

its not really a complaint against customer services or anything, its simply the fact that issues are out of stock to replace, yet clearly on the website they are selling full kits. how can this happen? i need a replacement issue 37 as mentioned, i have called CS every single week since the build finished and told the same story that they are out of stock, call again next week. i was simply asking if there was any way the staff here could find out if the issues are ever going to come back into stock? otherwise i have a droid that simply does not and will never work, which if i am no mistaken breaks trading standards regulations, and even the company policy to replace faulty items - how can i get a replacement if they are not and never going to be in stock, and likewise if issues are out of stock how can full kits and further subscriptions be offered?

email sent out as advised via PM. as stated, i have contacted CS constantly on a weekly basis and every time i am told the same thing no matter who i speak to. i was simply asking if anyone knew if any stock replacement was on order.
