I then made up a control lever rod from 0.5mm diameter brass rod and 0.8mm diameter tubing.

I then temporarily fitted the gun barrel to the body, just to see how it looks so far!BigGrin I made a locating pin from 1.0mm diameter rod, cut to length to hold the gun in place. Works a treat!

Good evening from 'The Dockyard'.

This weeks update sees more detailed additions to the Flak 37 gun that will be located on the conning tower lower deck.

I concentrated on a cluster of levers and rods situated on the right hand side of the gun body.

The attached photo shows one of the small components i made using round rod and square strip with a small length of 0.5mm diameter brass rod, bent to shape.
