Got myself the test run of this. Extraordinarily well produced parts with perfect fit on the wooden side of things. The "PE" parts I didn't like so much, they were more like Metal Earth parts but thicker and less good to handle. So those might be better if they were done in "standard PE". Overall a very interesting kit though. It features a metal clad hull and removeable sections to take a look into the engine room

I would love to do a kit like this one day, but I have so many other kits on my bucket list at the moment. DeAgostini kit builds:
Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete

Looks good. My SOTS and T72 subs are nearly finished so I will have some free money for this. Hopefully it will be a 12 month sub. I will eventually need a couple of allied battleships to counter all the axis ones.

Quite fancy this one as well as a future project, as Phil says, it would look good with the Bismark.

Two questions. Does this kit have a chance at a US release? And what is the length of this kit? Same as Bismark? DeAgostini kit builds:
Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete

morning everyone. I know that the deagostini Bismarck is out of stock, but is there any chance of its reissue as a full kit to go with the Tirpitz. I for one would buy it as I missed out on its original release.

The Bismarck P/W was only a short run of full kits and when they sold out there are no more available. You may be lucky and pick up a full kit off an auction site. The only other option for a 1/200 scale Bismarck is the trumpeter kit with the still available etch sets if desired. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Don’t expect them to be cheap though if it is a full kit, and not one someone has already started. I know....I’ve just bought one!
