Well here we are at week 30 and the issue delivers the pedals.

They are a combination of metal and plastic, and they are wired so that when they are plugged into the main PCB (Approx part 80) the accelerator will make the sound of an engine, and the brake pedal will work the brake lights, the part is very well made, the only enhancement I will Do is paint the accelerator pedal silver as per the original car. Here are the Photos :-

Just thought you would like to see what I have been collecting for the project:-

1)Attache case may be put on the back seat of the finished car.

2)Grenade the one supplied with the weapon tray is naff these are more detailed.
3)My pride and joy a genuine POCHER tool kit in 1/8 scale, will go in the boot.

The coin is to show the size.

Hi everyone, While I was out today I went into the local indoor market,Its amazing in these places you can always find something to enhance the models you are building, or maybe going to build at a really give away price.

Today I found two wallets of good thin quality (half mm to 1mm)I purchased them both for £8 and this is what I did with them:-

Now I have a great supply of scale leather for the DB5 there is no grain on the leather because at 1/8 scale you would not see it.

I will be putting leather on the dashboard and handle in black like the real car,and gear stick gater etc (I will show you how I will do it later in the build)

I am now looking for grey leather to do the seats and side panels, but more about that next time.

Here is my new supply of leatherDrool BigGrin :-

Hi Mike it is all looking very good - nice idea with the cheap wallets Drool

Where did you get the attache case & the grenades?
The grenade looks a lot more detailed than the one supplied - is it a matching size?

I dare not ask about the Pocher tool roll, i expect that is rarer than Rocking Horse doo-doo & has a price tag to matchCrying
Well spin my nipple-nuts & send me to Alaska

Hi Jerry,

Nice to have someone to commuicate with who is doing the build.

To be honest the attache case was on evil bay with the grenades they are 1/6 scale (action man Vintage) but will look ok, I can enhance the grenades to fit the tray ( if you dont get a grenade I have 2 I can send you 1).

The pocher kit was £30 (good bid)

I am waiting for Pocher engine tubeing, and pocher ladies purse to be delivered.

All the stuff came from the US.

Cheers mate.

Fantastic mate!! By the time you have finished your build, its admirers will be spending more time looking at all the little extras you added rather looking at the actual car!!
