Stage 6 - The left front wheel, brake and shock absorber

The wheel hub is placed on the rear brake plate, and so that the fixings match. From the front then the brake disc is attached.
Now hold everything together and slide the caliper from the side. Fix it with two SD01 screws.
Now we put the shock absorber base on the shock absorber, making sure that the longer part to the brake plate shows. The whole thing is fixed with a SD04 screw.

For the sample, we can then build together shock absorbers, this is the piston 6-7 put on the base. The small spring is then guided into the damper 6-6 and then attached to the piston. Finally, the large spring is passed over the damper housing.

The damper is still going on, we put all the parts in a bag and label them with the number of issue.

Construction phase 7 - The left front wheel

Now we build the second rim in the tires. For this I softened the tire with hot water and then pulled it on the rim.
Then we mount the finished wheel on the wheel hub from BP6. Here we pay attention to the two grooves in the scar and wheel and put them into each other. From the front we screw the wheel with an SD02 screw to the wheel hub.
Finally, the hubcap is attached.

Construction phase 8 - The driver's door

At the beginning of this construction phase, we lay the door on a soft cloth. Then we lead the small triangle window on the door and mount it with two SD05 screws.
It continues with the door handle, this is attached from the outside and then fixed from the inside with an SP06 screw.

Construction phase 9 - The driver's window and the hinges

First, as we can see, we mount both hinges on the door. Here is to pay attention to the orientation. Unlike the instructions, our hinges are only fastened with one screw at a time. At the fixation point some paint must be scraped off so that the hinge fits in well. The whole thing is screwed with one SD07 each.

Now we assemble the window with the guide rail, it is best to orient yourself to the pictures. Then the whole thing is then inserted in the door and screwed with two SD06 screws.

Building phase 10 - The door paneling

In the door trim, we put the window crank from the front and screw it from behind with an SP09 screw.
Then the shell of the door opener and the door opener itself is inserted from the front and also secured from the rear with an SP08 screw.
In the same way follows the armrest 10-4 this is then screwed with two SP09 screws.

It continues with the inner door trim 10-2. We put these on the door. If everything is right, the whole thing is fixed with three SD04 screws.
The door panel is then carefully inserted. Make sure that none of the three noses breaks away.

Construction Phase 11 - The driver's seat (2)

First, let's take the back of BP5. At this we mount the tilt adjustment mechanism and screw it with an SP10 screw. With a small plastic lid we close the screw hole.
In the same way we assemble the mechanism on the other side. We cover the screws there with the handle for the backrest adjustment.

Now we bring the seat and back together and screw them together with two SP10 screws. Again, we set against a small plastic lid on the screws.

Now, the back should let lean forward freely.

Stage 12 - The Front Chasis

With this BP we get the first component for the chassis. There is nothing to build this time.

But we paint our components something. This step is optional!

For painting, we need a fine brush and medium gray model construction paint.
This will then be the weights that are mounted when balancing the wheel painted.
We also paint the clamps on the exhaust system in this way.

Construction phase 13 - The stabilizer and shock absorbers

The stabilizer is placed on the front chassis, as you can see. The brackets 13-2 are then inserted thereon and mounted from the inside with one SP11 screw each.
Now the steering column bracket 13-3 is inserted into the chassis and screwed with a SD04 screw.

Continue with the front wheel from BP 2. On the shock absorber we put the base 13-4, paying attention again to the orientation of the slope. This is fastened with a SD04 screw.

We put the other components back in a bag and label them with issue 13.

Construction phase 14 - The front stub axles

We take the holder of the knuckle 14-3 and put it in front of us so that the elevation of the holes points upwards. On the left we put the left steering knuckle on it. This is to be aligned so that the slot points backwards. The steering knuckle is attached with a small pin. This can be carefully pressed in with a pair of pliers.
The right axle leg is mounted in the same way.
Once this is done, this component is placed on the chassis in such a way that the individual bore points forward. In these holes we then introduce the stabilizer. The bracket is then attached to the chassis with two SD04 screws.

Now we put the chassis and wheels in front of us. The wheels are then bolted to the steering knuckle as shown. For this we take one SD08 screw each.
