Hi guys, I’m building the samba upto box 6 at the moment and although it’s a great build I’m disappointed there’s so much plastic at the moment. The engine especially, all plastic. I suppose when the body panels come along being diecast it will make the price worth while. I was especially disappointed in the lump of plastic that was a battery. Thanks to Roy I got a proper item that looks like it should be. Will paint it and add my own leads. Can’t seem to get picture added for some reason but will try to get some up to show where I am. Anyone got any thoughts on this build, how they are getting on building it. I would be interest in comments. Regards Andy.
