I am more than prepared to give my views on when things go wrong but at the same time were they work out i am happy to highlight that.

Recently i had the body shell of my Porsche build. Had been really looking forward to getting to that part of the build but my expectations were shattered by the very poor paint quality.

Paint splatters, chips in the paint work and overall very bad.

I contacted customer services and my issue was picked up by Ian. The promised replacement date came and went and i had to raise it again but pleased to report Ian got my issue resolved and was good enough to keep me updated on what was happening.

These are expensive models to invest in so if i have one message its not to customer services but to Deagostini Head Office and that would be: get your quality control sorted and support your customer services better than you have been doing. They take all the flak from unhappy customers and they are not always as primed with the information they need.

So now hoping that the rest of my builds continue without further issue but as i say a big thanks to Ian for getting my issue sorted - very much appreciated.
