Hi,
Just completed build and everything works except the head. It does not turn from side to side when powered on. It does not appear to work under R2's control but we can make it turn manually by using the app. All other functions within the head are working.
Unable to determine what the issue is. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hello, Off the top of my head, I’d say you have either a bad connection to the head motor, or a bad head motor. Check the connection, the pins on the connectors, and the wires going into the connectors. If none of this is the issue. Give CS a call, and get a new head motor. I hope this helps! hey,
thanks for the reply. As I noted the head will turn using control from the app so don't believe it's a motor issue.
Thanks

Thanks A bad connector with a missing pin would account for it. Have a look, and if it’s still not functioning, try the motor. Tired, Old, and Cranky!
