Hi All! I have sent some photos of my new diorama "KURE naval port (呉軍港)". This is a kit from Fujimi Co. The scale of the diorama is 1:3000. This is the smallest diorama that I have ever built. To image the size, I put 1/700 model of IJN Aircraft Carrier "KAGA(加賀)" near the diorama. There are 7 war ships on the diorama. They are battleship YAMATO, battleship NAGATO, heavy cruiser MOGAMI, heavy cruiser TAKAO, heavy cruizer KOTAKA, 2 KAGERO type destroyers. Best Regards, Yutaro Yutaro HONMA attached the following image(s): DeAGOSTINI 1/250 the YAMATO, 1/250 the AKAGI. Hasegawa Co. 1/350 Battle ship NGATO, 1/350 Aircraft carrier Akagi, Battle ship MIKASA. Water line series 1/700 Battle ship YAMATO, HIEI, YAMASHIRO, Aircraft carrier HIRYU,TAIHO, Heavy Cruiser Myoukou, Ashigara, Nachi, Haguro & others.

Yutaro You always turn out such detailed and well painted models and this one is just that. That is a very small scale but you have managed to make it so detailed. Tony Happy Modelling

That's a real work of art Yutaro! It wasn't until I got to the pic with the aircraft carrier that I realised where the Yamato was hiding! (It's all this 1/700 work - ruining my eyes! Very well done! Hi Andy, Tony, Robin and Alan! I'm very glad to read your comments on my post. I bought this kit 3 years ago. If I aged more several years, I guess I will not be able to build such a too small scaled models. Telling truth, the kit includes aircraft parts in it. When I tried building one aircraft. I understood that building the 1:3000 aircraft models made my eyes go bad. So there are no aircraft models in this diorama. I attach one more photo. There are Japanese one yen coin (Φ2cm), a 1:700 aircraft model and the 1:3000 aircraft model that I tried building. Best Regards, Yutaro Yutaro HONMA attached the following image(s): DeAGOSTINI 1/250 the YAMATO, 1/250 the AKAGI.
