I'm feeling I need to put "finger to key" here as I've been increasingly frustrated by the Customer service dept. or lack of it so far.

Having spent a considerable amount of money collecting this model I've finally got nearly all the packs, Issue 32 came before Xmas '18 - however issue 31 and my final pack is non existent.

I have contacted C/S who palm we off with a regular statement of "the publisher is at fault" which now isn't good enough, with almost 6 month's since my last delivery ! it's no joke.

I have been looking at legal action to recover the whole amount paid so far as Deagostini seem impotent in resolving this matter, since informing them of this I have not received a reply.

I hope no-one else is going through this but it would be interesting to know if anyone is.....I'm not sure what's in missing pack 31, anyone got one hanging around unwanted ??

I wish I'd saved now and bought an Imperial War Museum model now !!
