Good evening from 'The Dockyard'. A short update this week as I've been decorating in the evenings! I managed to get the vertical supports made and fixed in place that will make up the lower half of the guard rails on the upper deck of the conning tower. The attached photo shows these vertical supports made up and ready for fixing. Consisting of 0.8mm diameter brass tube cut to 10mm in length then glued in at an angle as the guard rails on the upper deck taper outwards.
