I've seen and read a lot of negative comments in regards to customer service so in an attempt to redress the balance:

I ordered the full Vespa GS150 kit on 19th April and it arrived on the 24th.

I started the build and on the 1st May I discovered that with Stage 26 the screws that should have been supplied were missing. I contacted Customer Service via email and received a reply on 2nd May saying a replacement would be with me in 5 - 10 working days.

The replacement parts arrived on 9th May.

So although I appreciate that some people are having issues with their kits I just wanted to share a 'well done' story.

Regards
Graham

yeah i wish we had more good things to say. for me three kits and no more monthly subscriptions. i *might* buy a full kit as the problems i have had have all been with the way the monthly packs have been handled.
honestly i wish they would offer the full kit for all the models and see what happens.

in the 3 years i have been a customer it seems like almost all the problems i have seen were due to the subscriptions being late or missing or backorder etc...

Have to agree with Graham. I’ve made purchases through the web site and subscribed to a couple of series. The odd faulty issue (1 or 2 at most) have been replaced without problems.

Hi, this is my 4th build with Deag and any problems got sorted very quick. Even with the first issue of the samba, the parts with faults were immediately sorted without hesitation so can’t fault them at all. Andy.
