I ordered mine on July 5th & confirmation email says 14 days, still nothing yet but did anticipate it would be 28 days.
Really could do with them turning up soon build on hold until they are fitted.

Hello I've got quick question to admin. On 5th of July I ordered copper tiles and I've received a confirmation email that order will be with me in 14 days. Later on I found that DeAgostini changed it to 28 days. It's been a month today and I didn't receive anything yet. Why is that? I thought DeAgostini ordered some stock of them tiles and there shouldn't be a problem in getting them according to plan. Obviously I was wrong... Thanks

hi tom,may I make a comment here please, deag have never been hot off the mark, and if you have ever ordered before you will understand that they are not geared up for fast deliveries, but as this is a limited run for these tiles, and they did say first come first served, and i'm sure they will turn up,my own experience is about 6weeks for deliveries ordered.I had to wait 2 months for the titanic lifebout, why???? god only knows.I've given up ordering stuff with deag,it only causes stress,so now I forget about it ,and it eventually turn up. Hi there Well, if I missed the first batch it would be really strange. Tommick posted that copper is ready to order on 5th of July. I've ordered it 5th July. Other thing is when you buy something online and it is out of stock you get this info in email confirmation. What did I get? "Sit back and relax, you order will be with you in 14 days...." Never mind, I have to wait and there is nothing I can do about it. It is just unfair on all of us. And I think copper is only avaliable in UK but I might be wrong.

Hi All
Due to high demand we have experienced a few delays, but you should receive your copper tiles by the end of this week if you have not already done so.
Thanks Admin

Thanks Admin Hi Admin I hope they do arrive this week. I am afaid I cannot see the high demand causing the problem because the members of this forum where the first to order it, (Thanks to Mr T keeping us informed) and not one of us have received them yet. However so long as we get them soon I will be happy enough. Please note I do not blame you , Mr T or even Deag, just your contracted incompetent despatch company. By the way I am still waiting for a credit note and confirmation of received email about the issues I returned on the 4th of July. Any chance of chasing despatch up!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi, there was a note if you ordered online that it would take 28 days as it was delayed coming into our warehouses. Orders are being despatched as I type so will be with you in the next 2 days. Thanks to you all for your patience. Admin
