that is AWESOME.There are some pretty good detail sets for this too. I had a 44 inch kit, but I sold it.I kick myself every time I think about that.
I would love to see a build diary on this.I have been mulling over it

Is it the 22" one?
I have one in my stash yelling for attention at some point...
Look forward to seeing yours getting underway.

It's just a re boxing of the old 1/72 airfix model with new improved decals. I do intend to do some upgrades but without spending any money so just scratch building . I probably won't start just yet as I am enjoying building the Terror too much. I remember many many years ago being given this under the airfix branding as a birthday present - i was over the moon. So nice to see its still being produced. Tony Happy Modelling

Over the moon I see what you did there Tony ,I also built this as a kid and had it hanging from my bedroom ceiling I don't think the missus will let me recreate that little bit of nostalgia Man he took his time in the sun Had a dream to understand A single grain of sand He gave birth to poetry But one day will cease to be Greet the last light of the library...We were here!

Those were the days when money was scarce and outside of birthdays and christmas you did not get much (and i think more importantly did not expect much). It was also a time were you could just get on and build a model for the sheer enjoyment rather than having to consider all of the extras i need, or without this addition will it be any good. Hope you enjoy building yours. Tony Happy Modelling

Totally agree Tony. I well remember getting kits in the little Airfix plastic bags as a real treat, and maybe a slightly larger 'box' kit for birthdays or Christmas.
A Christmas I remember fondly was where I was allowed to have SIX Corgi toy cars. Nothing else - just those cars.
Those were the days. You really appreciated what you had.
Roy.
