I purchased the full kit for HMS Victory and unfortunately, there were parts missing from issue 1.
A quick email to MS and today, five working days later, the complete issue 1 has arrived FOC.
I would just like to publicly thank customer services at Model Space for such a quick and courteous service they provided.
Now on with the build in earnest!

Well at least someone has good customer service. I to ordered the full kit of the Victory and was missing pack 2. When i. called customer service i was told it is on backorder for the past few months. Well i have had my kit six weeks and still no pack two i called the other day and was told it could be several more weeks or months before they come in. I am seriously considering sending it back and getting money back.
