Totally agree Cool

There has only ever been one kit made of this iconic vehicle which was the 1/25 plastic kit made by Aurora in 1968 and is now one of the most rare kits to find that command's silly money

What are the chances of it ever happening? I noticed after I wrote the post that it had been suggested some years ago but the licencing was to pricey

The rights cost from 20th Century Fox will be extortionate at today’s costs which is what is likely to make it unviable and is likely why there has not been a kit available since the Aurora release., rights in 1968 were a fraction of today’s costs.

Shows how stupid they are then.

Although I am not advocating licencing everything to anyone, this ought to be a no-brainer.

Subject matter unavailable for decades, Company known for the high quality of the products, practically guaranteed return for minimal investment.

Why would they keep refusing. A smaller return on something that happens has got to be better than no return because nothing is happening.

If you can find an Arura kit it does build into a nice model

Things could be happening here via Hornby - who own Pocher.
Let's hope, and see what happens.
