Morning All A couple of books that you might find useful http://books.google.co.uk/books...0TUlE2wC&redir_esc=yhttp://books.google.co.uk/books...GgCw&ved=0CD8Q6AEwAAI have found both of these enormously helpful (and just plain interesting) over the years. I think they are both out of print now but there are plenty of copies available second hand. Do shop around though as I have seen the James Lees book offered for prices ranging from £35 to £400+. Cheers, Frazer

Came across this today: Sovereign of the Seas, 1637: A Reconstruction of the Most Powerful Warship of its Day Hardcover – 28 Feb 2020 by John McKay (Author) https://www.amazon.co.uk...mp;s=gateway&sr=8-6
Not out till 2020, but looks like it could be very useful. In the meantime I have ordered: Sovereigns of the Sea: The Quest to Build the Perfect Renaissance Battleship by Angus Konstam For a bit of light reading. Cheers Stuntie.
Building: R2D2 and Sovereign of the Seas Subscribed: Bounty
