Since it is July now (moon landing anniversary month), if this partwork collection is not released within the next few weeks then I assume it never will be, which is a shame as I received the first 5 test issues and I thought it would look fantastic.

I have called Deagostini a few times in the last few months and every time have been told that there is a "production delay".

I've been looking forward to this as well, hopefully it will get released soon.

This week would have been the absolute best time to have released issue 1 or at least make an announcement, I can only assume that it will not be released. Perhaps there just wasn’t enough interest (shame as I have issues 1-5 of the test and it was great) or possibly there were some issues regarding that it apparently had copied someone called Vincent Meens, who had designed his own 3D printed scale model.

I was really looking forward to this one as well. I had the test parts and was impressed. I guess they would have announced it by now, if it was going to happen.

I was also hoping to see the Audi Quattro rally car too.

BigGrin I subscribed to the test too, but only received one part, which was totally unrecognisable as anything. Would have liked to have gotten the full 5 to really view the quality

I asked my boss about this, and he wasn’t aware of it being released. It would have been pretty dang cool!

How do you subscribe to test? Does it cost?
Thanks
Fred

Hi Fred
Sometimes they won’t tell you it’s a test, which was the case this time. But when the parts arrived, they said it’s test and no charge for the issues sent.

So was it not popular enough to go on full release?

I guess we’ll never know. I assume thee could be many reasons why it hasn’t gone to market, but if it was going to be launched you’d have thought this month would have been the right time Confused

So before Tomick left the forum there were items posted that we could expect to see the Apollo 11 Lunar Module, Audi Quattro rally car and US Army Willys jeep, none of which have materialised or any other new releases. Is this another sign of changes going on within DeAgostini/Modelspace.
