Im watching the carbon detailing with a keen eye to. I reckon i could do the suspension arms but some parts ive seen look amazing and way above my skill level. If someone could do a step by step guide on how they do carbon detailing would be really helpfull (nudge nudge warthog, im watching your build with envy)

Scottww86 that looks Exactly how i want mine to look but how easy/hard was it. To be honest they look perfect. No lines or joins. Looks great. I dont think as a complete novice i could get even close to looking like that.

that was the first time i ever did used the decals myself! apart from the little letters on the front wing. it is pretty fiddly but the hardest part i found was the joins. there is a slight overlap but as its on the edges you cant really see them. ive "toned down" the decals now with smoke paint so will put some more pics up later. waiting on a different decal to do other parts. also not happy with my upper suspension arms so gonna re do them. id give it a go mate, you might find it really easy! just remember to get decal softener, its a must! If at first you don't succeed........skydiving is not for you!

i use revel decal soft as the softener! if you dont like it you can always peel it off and the surface underneath is undamaged! If at first you don't succeed........skydiving is not for you!
