Moans, Groans, Gripes or Complaints.
This area has been set aside specifically for members to register their Moans, Groans, Gripes or Complaints relating to products, delivery issues, missing or damaged parts. Simply create a new topic and ensure it is has a title relating to the problem. If you are presently missing parts or waiting for outstanding deliveries then please post here to ensure follow up action can be taken.
Issues relating to builds, or members seeking advice on their builds should post on their build diaries as normal or within the specific Build Discussion area for that kit.
Where appropriate, admin will change the status of posts within this area to that of a 'Sticky'. This status will remain in place until the problem or complaint has been resolved. As issues are resolved they will then be deleted from the topic. This process will assist the admin team in ensuring problems are not being overlooked and are being dealt with accordingly.
Where the admin team see a grievance or complaint being posted in the wrong area of the forum it will be moved to this area and the member advised.
We hope this will help in ensuring the forum continues to run smoothly.
