I have a question how come the arm seal does not require screws to keep it in place from falling out like mine does or do they get fasten later in the construction thank you

The “arm seal?” Do you mean the twist-lock shoulder mount cap?

It gets tighter when body panels go on.

The silver arm plate will hold itself in place when you come to attach the arm assemble to the body.

In some cases, the part snaps in and stays, but in most cases, it slips out. I'm not saying to do this, but I added 2 drops of CA just to tack it in.

Just don't completely glue it. Just a dab to hold it.

I assume you mean the half round pieces that attach to the body at the shoulder. If so, a drop or two of superglue will hold for now, but when assembled, the legs will prevent those pieces from going anywhere.
