Rick Hi Rick, I haven't started my build yet. I'm planning on doing it in larger batches as I think I'd get quite bored doing one little 2 minute job every week. Was thinking about giving it a go once I've got all the parts for the front wing/nose and the front left & right suspension/brakes/wheel hubs etc. I think that's sometime over the next couple of issues or so.

Great work peter If you go onto Microsoft Picture Manager on you computor, you can resize your photos to 800x600 and then your photos would be viewed instantley on the Forum, and not come up as attachments, hope you dont mind me mentioning this? Well done Peter, I'm a newbie too, after looking at Warthog's build I thought all was lost but the reality is yours looks great and makes me feel I'm doing rather well with my build too, without all the carbon fibre and resprays etc(not meaning to to knock the pro's here, it's just that it's way beyond my ability and understanding as a new model builder), so well done again and thanks for the pics

Thanks dvb247! The best bit of advice I could give you as a fellow newbie is to keep reading all the other diarys and threads. I think my build has been made a bit easyer by using tips I've picked up on the board. From big things like what glue to use to little things like using washing up liquid on the screws. It all helps.

All looking good I am avoiding the extra detailing too, it looks fantastic, but I doubt I could do it justice, so I'll just keep mine 'vanilla' Well spin my nipple-nuts & send me to AlaskaCurrent Builds:McLaren MP4-23Finished007's Aston Martin DB5FinishedMillennium FalconR2-D2BTTF Delorean (Maybe)
