Clicking noise when raising and lowering Options

Hi all, I have noticed a clicking noise coming from the rear gear box. On investigation of the rear gear box I have noticed that the spring is always engaged making the gear slip inside the gear box. Any suggestions on how to repair?

Firstly, welcome to the forum. BigGrin

Now this is not a problem I have heard of before Confused , but if the gear box is faulty my suggestion would be to contact customer services and request a replacement part.

You will need to ask for the stage number that the part is in and have your account number to hand when you call.
