I noticed that too.
I even wondered if it was a 'fake' page. It's happened before.
However, all the links at the very bottom actually work, which is usually a good sign.

It will be interesting to see if this is real.
The actual IP Address at the top is pretty genuine but there are some clever people out there.
It may just be that it's brand new and hasn't been fully sorted yet.
Time will tell.
