Well, after a 12 hour binge and completing issues 81 - 100 and getting my batteries in on the same day I received the final issues. I was able to test and charge/prep the batteries as I was building. Well, I have suffered things that others have had. Doesn't boot up all the way type things. Everything that everyone seems to have in common is battery/battery box/charger issues. After making sure the batteries were correct and charged, I started inspecting the battery box closely. I noticed that in a couple of instances, the springs were askew and not always making contact with the battery terminals, making sure the springs were centered and touching the negative terminals. I also re-seated all the cables from the box to their respective connector. Low and behold, he booted on up completely. I do have to repair the typical broken yellow wires on the bottom switch on the light saber, now to deal with blue tooth/wifi connection.
Two things I am concern with and will go do a search after this post is: 1. Head rotating and slamming into the stop both direction. All the videos I see the head SLOWLY turns. 2. DeAgostini ships 2 shims to place on the back side of the head motor mount. This makes an extra, wider gap at the back. This is very un-appealing. Suggestions?

Yes, as a matter of fact. Apparently, it was a bad head motor / cable. Swapped it and all is well. I have even run down the batteries once carlton wrote:Did you ever fix the head tilting problem ? I Didn't use the shims the frame work will move if you pull on it just wright ,doesn't take much .
