The Mizzenmast and yards were fabricated and stepped to the hull. The Yards were rigged with the appropriate blocks, stirrups, foot ropes and parrels as per the plan. The flagpole was also fabricated.

The flagpole mounting brackets were fitted to the transom. The flagpole was then mounted. 4 eyepins were fitted to the poopdeck. Belaying pins were then added to the poopdeck and quarter deck rails.

The gammoning was rigged to the beak, passing through the grating and over the bowsprit.

The bowsprit shrouds were rigged. Deadeyes were attacked to the bowsprit top. More deadeyes were seized to the shrouds. the pairs of deadeyes were then reeved with the lanyards.

The foremast shrouds, deadeyes and lanyards were then rigged as per the rigging plan A.

The foremast staves were added.

It has been a few weeks since my last update. I tend to get lost in the rigging process. I take my time, as sloppy lines can completely ruin the look of a finished model.

The stage starts with fitting the rest of the headrail decorations and painting them gold. The figurehead was also attached. The final 2 stern decorations were also mounted.

The lower shrouds of the main and mizzenmasts were rigged and the ratlines were rigged to the lower shrouds of all 3 masts.
