Very frustrating times with customer service. I've had a request for parts outstanding since May 1st. Despite repeated calls, I'm told there's no supervisor or anyone else to talk to. I'm constantly told that I'll get a response within 1 to 3 days. For 3 years prior, I've had no problems with reporting issues and getting things fixed with my Falcon and R2 build. However, the Constitution build has just been one big mess. The most frustrating part is that I get a different person every time, I get the same discussion every time, I'm told the same story every time, and nothing gets resolved. I'm pretty sure this isn't the way DeAgostini wants to run their business, but it appears that I've got no where else to turn to. Other than cancelling my outstanding orders, I'm at a loss of how to proceed.

Can you send a PM to admin giving your subscription details. Outline your problem and state exactly what parts you are missing. Will see what can be done from there.... . Regards Alan
