Pack 11 contains parts for stages 40-43
Stage 40
Contents:Tank cradle, Tank half 1, Tank half 2, Valve, Valve body, Coupling, Straps x 3, Plug, Support half 1, Support half 2
Push the valve onto the valve body and fix with a little glue if necessary. Now take tank half 2 and place the side of the valve body onto the two pins on the inside before pressing the two posts in tank half 1 into the holes in tank half 2. Take the three straps and insert the pins on the insides of them into the holes in tank half 1.Fit the coupling to the valve body, inserting the pins into the holes noting the orientation.Insert the pins on the outside of the tank into the two corresponding holes in the tank cradle. Insert the plug into support half 2 and join the two halves of the support, by inserting the pins into the corresponding holes, using glue if necessary.Now insert the pins of the cradle into the holes in the support.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.Spal attached the following image(s):

Stage 41
Contents: Left frame, Lower frame support, Upper frame support, Tube, Tube connector, Type V screws, Type I screws.
Take the upper frame support and place it in the indicated hole in the left frame securing it from the inside with a type I screw.Position the lower frame support into the hole at the other end of the frame and secure it with a type I screw from the inside of the frame. Place the engine on its right side, placing the left frame onto it, aligning it with the four points shown.Tighten four type V screws into the four aligned holes to secure the frame to the engine.

Stage 42
Contents: Upper cross member 1, Upper cross member 2, Lower cross member, Type B screws, Tube.
Place the engine on its left side. Insert the end of the lower cross member into the base of the left frame. Once sure that you have it positioned correctly fix it in place with a type B screw.Combine the two halves of the upper cross member, inserting the pins of 2 into the holes of 1, using glue if necessary. Insert the tube connector into one end of the tube, both from Stage 41, before inserting the connector into the hole in the engine as shown.

Stage 43
Contents: Right frame, Nut, Type V screws
If you connected the ends of the tube as instructed in Pack 9 stage 34 step 3, to the two points on the right side of the engine, move on to step 2.Insert the pins on the back of the air tank assembly (Stage 40) into the circled holes in the engine. Connect the tube coming from the left side of the cylinder head cover to the inner coupling of the tank, using a drop of glue to secure if necessary.Recover the tube from Stage 42, trimming to 100mm long and then fit one end to the valve cover.Connect the other end of the tube to the outer coupling of the tank. Secure with glue if necessary.Take the upper cross member (Stage 42) and insert it into the indicated hole in the left frame.
