I also FINALLY got my glass case to cover my table. Photos with and without the room lights on. Kinda cool how the case picks up the light from my table edge.

Beautiful work. Your project is the high bar that I'm hoping to achieve with mine (when I finally start on it soon).

Would love to see a video tour of the setup along with all the audio and lighting FX some day :-)

Thanks again for sharing your work!

Cheers

G'day Chis ,
Glad to see the display finally complete mate , and more importantly that you're happy with it . Really do like the way you pretty much stuck with your initial posts on how you've planned to house her . Hoping my ' plans ' come to a satisfying conclusion too !

Thanks once again for sharing your insights / inspiring , and helping / advising ( when asked ) throughout your build .
Have subscribed to your YouTube sight , and looking forward to your continued works .

Cheers Ged

Chris,

I just noticed we are both in L.A. I have a semi large collection of SciFi movie prop replicas....we should get together one day.

Wow. All the photos from my posts and all of the other posters who used photobucket have the photos back up. Of course, with a water mark from photobucket. But hey, they're back.

I just recently added a mirrored top to my table housing my Falcon. It also stores my X-Wing, Y-Wing and Tie Fighter.

Very nice collection you have yourself there and a very smart looking display case.

Ideal for keeping out dust.

I'll be adding fiber optic lighting throughout my build.

I'm using .25mm colored fibers. This makes it a lot easier, so I don't need multiple colored LED's. I can just run all the different colored fibers to 1 single LED bulb.

Colson can you give a link of the supplier you used for the fiber optics please.
