Pack 12 contains parts for stages 44-46

Stage 44

Contents:Swingarm axle, Nut cover, Nut.

Insert the nut into the circled hole in the left frame.Place the right frame into position over the holes on the engine and left frame assembly. Once the holes of both parts are aligned, tighten two type V screws into the forward mounting holes, another two into the two rear holes and finally two into the front of the frame.Fix the underside of the frame with a type B screw.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 45

Contents:Lever, Linkage, Type P screws, Type N screws, Gas cartridge, Valves.

Insert the linkage between the circled holes of the lever, noting the correct positioning. Tighten a type N screw through the aligned holes, allowing the linkage to remain free to move. Position the lever between the two sides of the lower crossmember, inserting a type P screw through the aligned holes and tightening it sufficiently to allow it to move freely.
Push the gas cartridge onto the pin of the valves. Insert the two pins on the valves into the two holes in the shock absorber. Secure with a little glue if necessary.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 46

Contents:Radiator bracket, Lambda probe pipes x 4, Bracket,Cable guides x 2, Type S screws, Type V screws.

Retrieve the radiator assembly. Insert the pins on the two cable guides into the holes in the top of the radiator.
Retrieve the exhaust assembly (Stage 15) and push two of the Lambda probe pipes onto the first two probes,fit the two remaining pipes onto the other two lambda probes. Retrieve gaskets L1 and R1 supplied with Stage 38, they will be fitted to the two outer manifolds. Align the ends of the manifolds with the corresponding holes in the engine and insert the manifolds into the holes in the engine. To secure the exhaust pipe to the engine, locate the three circled holes and prepare the bracket supplied with this stage. Use two type V screws and one type S screw to fix the bracket to the exhaust and the frame, noting the correct positioning.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
