Pack 13 contains parts for stages 47-50

Stage 47

Contents:Rubber hose,Short oil pipe,Long oil pipe,Type V screws,Type K screws

Take the long oil pipe and mount it to the oil sump, then fit the short oil pipe into the hole at the bottom of the engine. Now fit the rubber hose onto the oil pump. Attach the radiator bracket (Stage 46) to the front of the sump with a type K screw.
Retrieve the radiator and hold it near to the engine, then connect the corresponding parts together. Connect the top of the radiator to the hose, before fixing the front end of the radiator bracket to the radiator with a second type K screw. Finally connect the top radiator brackets to the frame with two type V screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 48

Contents: Rubber tubes x 2, Lambda probe plugs x 2, Fairlead, Plate, Cap, Limit switches x 2

Insert the plate into the left side of the frame, followed by the first limit switch into the hole in the left side of the frame. Place the second limit switch into the hole in the right side of the frame before fitting the fairlead into the left side of the frame. Insert the cap into the bottom of the left side of the frame, to cover the bolt. Now prepare the rubber tubes and lambda probe plugs. Cut the tubes to 85mm if necessary, then push the ends onto the plugs. Place the lambda probe plugs onto the two pins of the plate and connect the pipes from the two lambda probes (fitted in Stage 46) to the other ends of the probe plugs.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 49

Contents: 50mm tube, Hydraulic connection 1, Support plate, 45mm tube, Hydraulic connection 2, 95mm tube, Cap with nut

Fit the 50mm tube onto the black end of hydraulic connection 1.Now place the 45mm tube onto hydraulic connection 2's straight pin, and the 95 mm tube onto its angled pin. Place hydraulic connection 2 into the matching recess in the support plate and then connect the 45mm tube onto its pin as shown.
Fit hydraulic connection 1 to the left side of the engine, noting its correct position. Secure with glue if necessary. Fit the support plate to the left side of the frame, noting its position. Secure with glue if necessary. Finally insert the cap into the upper hole in the left side of the frame.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 50

Contents: Front fairing support, Mid support, Small fairlead, Large fairlead

Take the front fairing support and noting its correct position in the front right of the frame, insert the pins on the reverse of the support into the holes in the frame. Locating the two holes in the right side of the frame, press the mid support into them. Now take the large fairlead and fit it into the holes in the right side of the frame. Push the long black tube, fitted in Stage 31, through the small fairlead and affix to the right side of the frame, use glue if necessary.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
