Pack 14 contains parts for stages 51-54

Stage 51

Contents: 95mm tube, 75mm tube, Lambda probe plugs x 2, Fairlead, Caps x 2, Plate

Fit the fairlead onto the long tube on the right of the frame and push the fairlead into the holes next to the one fitted in Stage 50.
Align the posts of the plate with the holes in the right side of the frame, below the fairleads and push the plate into position. Insert the two caps into the holes at the rear of the right side of the frame, the one marked A in the top hole and B in the bottom hole, use glue if necessary.
Fit the 95mm and 75mm tubes onto the rounded ends of the two of the Lambda probe plugs.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 52

Contents: Pump bracket, Lever, Spring, Cap, Hydraulic pump, Pump coupling, Type G screws x 2

Fit the pump coupling into the hole in the lever. Place the cap onto the hydraulic pump before fixing it onto the pump bracket. Secure with glue if necessary. Insert the spring inside the pump and prepare the bracket and lever, as well as a type G screw. Fit the lever and bracket together, inserting the pin into the spring then attach the bracket with the screw. NOTE don’t overtighten the screw, the lever must still move freely.

Stage 53

Contents: Upper plate, Foot plate, Right footpeg, Brake lever control, Type K screws x 3

Take the rear brake assembly from Stage 52, locate the two holes in the foot plate and the corresponding pins on the brake assembly and press the two pieces together. Now affix the upper plate 5 to the corresponding holes in the brake assembly. Take the right footpeg and fit it to the assembly. Fit the brake lever control into the front of the lever.
Take the rear brake assembly and place the two holes at the front behind the corresponding holes inside the frame. Fix the assembly to the frame with the two type K screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 54

Contents: Protection plate, Footpeg bracket, Left footpeg, Type D screws x 2

Retrieve the Lambda probe plug with the 75mm tube from Stage 51. Connect the free end to the Lambda probe of the inner right manifold and fix the plug to the plate fixed in Stage 51. Now retrieve the Lambda probe plug with the 95mm tube and once fixed to the outer right manifold, fix the plug to the plate. Place the protection plate onto the main assembly aligning the corresponding holes and fix the plate in place with a type D screw.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
