I ordered my kit and my first shipment should be here today.
My question is, does DeAgostini stick to a regular delivery schedule? ie should I expect monthly deliveries around the same time each month?
If it helps I live in the US in Kansas
Also is there any tracking info available?
Thank you in advance

DeAgostini tries as much as possible to ensure packs are despatched on a regular 4 week basis however, delays do happen from time to time that are outside of their direct control. Rest assured though, if you are a subscriber then you will receive all parts to ensure you can complete your build...

A slight word of warning regarding deliveries. I ordered the "Falcon" on a 12 month subscription and all went well at first. However, my last delivery was 19th October and since then nothing. I phoned Customer Services in early December and they explained that the problem was a delay in sourcing pack 10. They assured me that no payments would be taken until the next delivery was imminent. On the 17th December £79.99 was taken from my account - and still no delivery. I contacted CS by phone again, and was given the same explanation, with the assurance that delivery would take place soon. Needless to say I'm still waiting.
It is now three months since the last delivery of parts and I am wondering if I should let this continue, or admit defeat and be left with several hundred pounds worth of scrap plastic!
In the past I have found CS to be very helpful, but on this occasion they have failed me badly. Surely it would have been possible to warn of these delays. Some form of apology would have been very much appreciated.
