Good evening from 'The Dockyard'. More progress on the aft torpedo compartment. I focused on adding detail to the torpedo tube, testing for fit as i went. See attached photo of the torpedo tube completed, painted and ready for final fitting. Good morning from 'The Dockyard'. This week has seen me build a depth gauge / speed indicator, located next to the aft torpedo tube. First job was to find a suitable image, which I sourced from the U995 dvd. I cropped the image in photo editor to remove all unwanted background before importing it into power-point where I could resize to the exact dimensions I was looking for. I then cut out a piece of transparent plastic sheet to suit the box dimensions. I glued it to the back of the fascia and glued the paper gauges to the other side.
