Well i have eventually ordered the full Falcon kit , after seeing it had 10% off . That was 3 weeks ago , had order confirmation but still no kit . Have sent a couple of e-mails but no reply . Customer service seems to not care about its customers , with the price of these kits that surprises me .Been looking round the Model Space site but cannot seem to find a phone number ? . Have seen what other guys have done with it and am eager to get started .

Still nothing , i keep ringing up and get a different excuse each time . ! minute its pack 10 , then pack 15 , next was too many pallets to put on lorry , last week it was a delayed shipment .Does anyone one here work for Model Space uk ?

Just order it on eBay, I know it might be a little more expensive. But it saves you the time you waste on all the calls and the worry of it not turning up...

Found a couple of full kits on Ebay , given up on MS uk ever filling order .
