Pack 10 With the parts in this pack the main bodypanels start coming together and more progress on the dashboard area and window fitting is made. The headlamp bulbs are fitted and three of the doors mounted. As can be seen in the final picture the whole thing is rather large now. Thanks for looking Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Pack 11 The penultimate pack to this enjoyable build and another which is full of parts. In this pack we get to fit the remaining fixed/opening side windows, the rear tailgate, the front safari windows, the folding roof and also attach the roof assembly to the existing bodywork. As usual the last couple of pics show it all temporarily fitted to the interior and chassis components. Thanks for looking Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Pack 12 At last the last pack has arrived and another lot of quality parts need to be fitted. The first five stages deal with finishing the bus and the other six with the ladder, roof rack, luggage and surfboard. The first three stages consist of fitting the rear lights, wiring, the remaining interior panel and side door.Take care when fitting the bulbs or you may find yourselves with brighter indicator lenses when the brake pedal is depressed The roof glazing is then fitted and after securing the interior, the wiring is connected up and the chassis and body are joined together. It was at this point i jumped ahead in the build in order to test the sound and lighting before assembling the steering gears.I found the main cog to be a tight fit on its shaft and needed to apply a little pressure forwards on the shaft to help engage it.Before fitting the middle gear the small gear was fitted onto the universal joint and fitted onto the steering column before the middle gear was fitted and the cover secured. The next few stages build up the roof rack and ladders and then the rather nice looking surfboard is assembled. The suitcases went together well apart from the latches whose location holes seemed too far apart. Overall its been an enjoyable build and one people will instantly recognize.Hopefully once the weather improves I will get some more pics of it for the finished build gallery. Now you can combine this with your Delorean for the ultimate diorama haha. Too bad it’s not the same exact model. DeAgostini kit builds:
Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete
