I bought this Pocher kit a few years back and made a start on the engine block. However due to an impending house move it was packed up and forgotten about for while. Since then many other builds have come and gone and now it is time to get this built. This will be built pretty much out the box although there will be some paint used here and there. The main block and gearbox has been assembled and the hideous Pocher grey plastic has had a coat of primer and aluminium paint applied whilst the rocker covers have had some matt black to tone them down. It's a great kit. I built it too a few years back. There's tons of scope to upgrade it and add the various missing parts.
Enjoy the build.
Roy.

Thanks gents Not taken loads of photos on this but have assembled the cockpit cell,no issues but found the seats were a bit tough to mount on the floorpan.A good bit of planning from Pocher is that they supply parts for both left or right hand drive configurations. Also added more engine parts and wiring as well as got it mounted into the rear subframe along with the exhaust assembly. Also made a start on the front sub frame and steering/suspension assembly. Finally I mounted the rear subframe to the cockpit and fitted the rear suspension rods/wishbones. Thanks Carl/Gray. Have now got the front subframe on and the windscreen and wipers fitted. The kit also supplies wipers and blades to cater for right hand drive builds. The rear tailgate is next to be constructed before assembling the rear bumper and light unit with the spoiler and rear body parts. The inner side wings were added and the tailgate fitted before the whole assembly was added to the main chassis assembly. The quarterlight windows and trim was attached and the cooling scoops added for the last picture. Wow you are really moving along with this.I think Roy did a modification of this kit so you could easily lift the rear end off to show the engine?

Altering the rear to be fully removable is quite easy but it's not on the Koo DVD. My build is here somewhere (I think) If not, I'll post a separate page about 'how to do it'.
You're really moving ahead on this. Great stuff.
Roy.

More of this now done.Built the headlamps up, very fiddly but look great once done and fitted. Also connected the bonnet and hinges and then fitted the pe mesh to the front using the hot screwdriver to melt the locating pegs a little rather than using glue as per instructions.Having moved on to construct the doors and mirrors, the doors were then mounted onto the car in another fiddly operation which took several goes at .The front body section was then fitted and secured from underneath.
