I've gotten 2/3 of the pack for my 12 month subscription to the Beetle but I'm still waiting on parts from pack 1, 3, and 4 due to quality control problems. Because so much of this car is built on top of the suspension, I am waiting on the needed parts to continue building and, as a result, have stopped even opening the new shipments to avoid losing things.

I'm concerned that once they've taken my last payment and sent my last pack, they'll forget me and won't respond if I find I am missing further parts that I need replaced. Are they good about continued customer service or am I right to be thinking this way?

My Jag E Type subscription ended Jan 2019, but I only started to build the car this year Jan 2020. I found a defective part during assembly.
I simply paid for a replacement issue (No 24) via PayPal sales@model-space.co.uk at £9.99 per issue just enter the necessary narrative of the issue(s) you require,
I received my back issue within 3 days.

If you are a subscriber, and you find a defective or missing part, C/S will still have your details and will send a replacement part free of charge. You may have to pay for parts should you lose or damaged them yourself.

Thanks for the answers. Good to know I should be in good shape once I get back on track with this build.
