Trev really like your work on the roof. The way those pins pull that cushion into shape is really smart. Tony Happy Modelling

Tony, the pins I used for the roof are similar to the small pins used in my Victory build (in progress) I marked the paper pushed them through then cut the backs off, the only problem sometimes they pull back out so I glued them over and continued with the woodwork till finish. Its those parts look really good Trev, and very much “western” looking. Even though they look like they would be comfortable to travel on i bet getting around in one of these stages would have been anything but, especially when they were packed with people (very much like many of the train services in this country now :-) Hope it continues well. UPDATE: ROOF AND LUGGAGE RACK. The roof is now compleated after fitting the side battens and then French Polishing as in the first pictures these battens were made from 3x2 Walnut and then sandpapered and polished. Luggage Rack. This is the base part of the Luggage rack, the first part was to draw a scale pattern to assemble the Rack, I used 2x4 Walnut again although most will be covered over with leather it will follow on as the rest of the build.
